1. Registration

   • What Happens: Artists interested in participating need to register for the event by completing the registration process, which includes submitting valid documents offline at V Group Film Studio.

   • Deadline: The last date for registration is 15th May 2025.

   • Fee: The registration fee is ₹8999 with GST.

   • Why It’s Important: Registration ensures your participation in the event and allows you to begin the process of talent mapping.

2. Talent Mapping

   • What Happens: After registration, participants will undergo a talent mapping phase. This is where your skills and strengths are analyzed, and your potential for specific categories is assessed.

   • How It Works: Each artist is evaluated to ensure they are matched with the right category, whether it’s music, choreography, cinematography, or any other creative field.

   • Why It’s Important: This phase helps identify the right project and resources for each artist, ensuring they get the right support and opportunities.

3. Production

   • What Happens: Once talent mapping is done, artists move to the production phase. Here, they will work on a project that is aligned with their category and skills.

   • How It Works: Artists will have access to professional facilities and guidance. The projects will be filmed and prepared for publication on YouTube, where they will be seen by a wider audience.

   • Why It’s Important: This phase gives artists the opportunity to produce high-quality work with professional help, giving them a strong portfolio for future opportunities.

4. Grand Art Festival (GAF)

   • What Happens: After the production phase, the artists will perform on the big stage at the Grand Art Festival. This is the final event where all participants showcase their talent.

   • How It Works: The festival will take place over several days, with artists presenting their work, performing, and engaging with fellow artists. Winners will be awarded prizes in various categories, and all participants will receive certificates for their efforts.
