Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the participation, registration, and conduct of individuals at the Grand Art Festival (hereinafter referred to as “GAF”) organized by V Group Film Studio. By registering for GAF, participants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with all the terms set forth herein.

2. Registration & Participation

- Participation in GAF is subject to successful completion of the registration process, including submission of the required documents and payment of the non-refundable registration fee of ₹8999 (or as determined by the organizers).

- Registrations will only be considered valid if received within the official registration period. Late entries shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

- The organizers reserve the absolute right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

3. Eligibility Criteria

- The event is open exclusively to Indian citizens aged between 17 and 45 years.

- Applicants must satisfy the eligibility requirements specific to their chosen category (Writer, Singer, Model, Music Director, Director, Cinematographer, Choreographer, Costume Designer & Makeup Artist).

- The organizers reserve the right to verify the identity, age, and eligibility of any participant at any stage.

4. Event Management & Intellectual Property

- All creative materials, photographs, video footage, performances, and projects produced during GAF shall be the sole and exclusive property of V Group Film Studio.

- The organizers shall have unrestricted rights to publish, broadcast, display, reproduce, edit, or use any content generated during the event for promotional, commercial, digital, or editorial purposes in perpetuity.

- No participant shall claim any remuneration, royalty, or ownership rights over the aforesaid content.

5. Event Schedule & Amendments

- The organizers reserve the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the event, or modify its schedule, categories, format, location, and structure at their sole discretion, without prior notice.

- In the event of any such changes, registered participants shall be duly informed through official communication channels.

6. Code of Conduct

- All participants are expected to maintain professionalism, decorum, and respectful behavior towards fellow participants, organizers, and staff at all times during the event.

- Any misconduct, abusive behavior, use of offensive language, harassment, discrimination, or violation of event rules will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event premises without any refund.

7. Awards & Judging

- Winners shall be selected by a qualified jury appointed by the organizers. The jury’s decisions shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.

- Awards, certificates, trophies, coupons, or cash prizes shall be distributed solely at the discretion of the organizers based on merit and performance.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

- During registration and participation, GAF will collect personal information including, but not limited to, the participant’s name, date of birth, gender, contact number, email address, photograph, and residential address.

- This data shall be collected strictly for event-related purposes, including registration, communication, promotion, and documentation.

2. Data Protection & Confidentiality

- The organizers are committed to safeguarding the personal information of participants. Collected data will be securely stored and protected against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

- No personal information shall be shared with third parties without the participant’s explicit consent, unless required by law or for official event operations.

3. Media Rights

- All photographs, video recordings, audio clips, and other media content captured during GAF shall remain the exclusive property of V Group Film Studio.

- By participating in the event, individuals grant full and irrevocable rights to the organizers to use, publish, distribute, and display this content for any lawful promotional or commercial purpose without further consent or compensation.

4. Consent

- By registering for GAF, participants voluntarily agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

- The registration fee of ₹8999 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal, personal reasons, or non-attendance.

2. Cancellation by Participant

- In the event a participant cancels or is unable to attend, no refund or transfer of registration shall be permitted.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

- In case of event cancellation by the organizers, a refund decision will be made at their sole discretion, which may include full or partial refund based on circumstances.

4. Event Postponement

- If GAF is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, technical issues, or any force majeure event), registrations shall remain valid for the revised dates.

- No refund requests shall be entertained in the case of postponement.

5. Refund Process (if applicable)

- If the organizers decide to refund, eligible participants must submit a formal written refund request along with necessary documents within the prescribed time.

- Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 30 working days to the participant’s registered bank account.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a registration for GAF, the participant hereby declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Disclaimer

The organizers reserve the absolute right to amend, update, or replace this document at any time without prior notice. All participants shall be bound by the latest version of this policy as updated on the official platform.
